Welcome to Recreation Road Infant School. Our school opened on 1st September 2007 following the amalgamation of Heigham Park and Avenue First schools. Now into our fourth year we are busy getting to know lots of new families and colleagues.

One of our best things this term has been the commitment to Family Learning Events from our local community. We have run sessions for families on design and technology, using and making story-sacks and story-boxes to encourage reading, using Textease at home, multi-sports and a community art event which helped to create wonderful pieces of mock-stained glass.
